Team Workshops
We provide virtual performance psychology workshops to collegiate teams in any PsyPact state and in-person or virtual workshops to teams in North Dakota & Minnesota. Workshops can be focused on learning and implementing mental skills, developing team cohesion, enhancing psychological safety, and well-being. Each workshop can be given for 30 or 60 minutes.
Prices start at $475 per 30-minute virtual workshop, which includes a 30-minute consultation with the coach (or other individual) regarding goals for the workshop. Additional fees apply for in-person workshops outside the Grand Forks, ND area. We offer discounts for workshop packages (discounts offered for contracts with multiple workshops).
