Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)

QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer) is a program that works by teaching participants skills they can use when someone is experiencing a potential mental health crisis. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. It is the most widely taught Gatekeeper Training in the world.

We specialize in offering QPR courses to people in the sport environment. Our instructors have a long history of participating and working in these spaces. QPR courses can be taught as standalone courses or with additional mental health information that is created for coach, athletic department, or athletic training audiences. Continuing education credits available for athletic trainers, nurses, and EMTs.

We offer QPR courses to student-athletes, coaches, athletic administrators, and sports medicine professionals in virtual and in-person settings. Our instructors are also trained to offer QPR courses to nurses, EMS, teachers, and college/university professors and staff.

Upon successful completion of any QPR course, you are certified in QPR for one year.

Courses can be a standalone QPR certification (60 or 120 minute courses) or offered with additional mental health and suicide information tailored to your group or population you serve (additional 60 to 90 minutes). Prices start at $350 per course.

Scholarship funding may be available for participants depending upon donations and/or grant funding. Please indicate scholarship funding interest when you contact us.
